After four generations we continue to make our wine in the original cellar with traditional methods in open concrete containers. The cellar dates back to 1870.
After a rigorous follow-up of maturation, we select our best vineyards to make this great Wine. The harvest is always done by hand. Created by the traditional method of carbonic maceration. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new French and American oak barrels.
