La Pacha

Visual phase: Brilliant, high cape, great colouring intensity with violet tone.

Aromatic phase: Very aromatic wine, where ripe red fruits predominates. In the backgroung coffe tones and roasted appear coming from the barrels.

Taste phase: Tender on the palate, very fruity flavours, fresh, strong intensity of flavour, round in the mouth with long duration and peculiar aftertaste.


Type of elaboration

Type of elaboration: Carbonic Maceration.

Varieties of grapes: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Viura, Mazuelo, Torrontes y Malvasia.

Elaboration: From grapes grown in our little

pre-phylloxera vineyard in the foothills of Toloño Mountain. Carefully selected and created by the traditional methos of carbonic maceration.

Types of ground: Frank, that helps the wines to attain
character and fineness.


After four generations we continue to make our wine in the original cellar with traditional methods in open concrete containers. The cellar dates back to 1870.

After a rigorous follow-up of maturation, we select our best vineyards to make this great Wine. The harvest is always done by hand. Created by the traditional method of carbonic maceration.
